Kimberly Gladysz is a senior consultant offering 20 years of experience in mindful coaching. As a graduate of Naropa University ’97 in Somatic Psychology, she specializes in cultivating the body/mind connection to catapult clients in professional and personal growth.

 

With a crisis intervention background, Kimberly has honed tools to navigate stress to achieve success. She mobilizes executives and teams into creative collaboration with a dynamic, compassionate and light hearted approach. 

 

 

She has most recently instructed the stress management for resiliency program at the Federal Executive Institute, a residential leadership program for executive government employees.  She has worked with the executive leadership team of the UVA Physician’s Group, The Southern Environmental Law Center, The UVA Engineering Graduate School, and the United Methodist Women’s International Leadership Team.  Her passions are music, dancing and traveling.
